Decision Overview
First:
Approval of "General Rules for Maintaining Privacy of Users' Personal Data" document with attached formulation, for Telecommunication and Information Technology Sector.
Second:
The document referred to in the first Clause shall be communicated to telecommunication and information technology service providers, and shall enter into force within (30) days from the date of this decision.
Third:
CST has the right to decide to postpone the implementation of some obligations incurred by telecommunication and information technology service providers, which contained in the document referred to in the first Clause for the period estimated by CST.
