Decision Overview

First:
Approval of “Performance Indicators Guide for the Telecommunication and Information Technology Sector” document (“Guide”) attached with this Decision.


Second:
Licensed telecommunication service providers must submit required indicators, their details are explained in the attached guide, provided that they are submitted to CST in accordance with time periods and deadlines specified for each indicator in the guide.


Third:
CST reserves the right to amend or create any indicators in the guide to meet future needs of the telecommunication and information technology sector.


Fourth:
CST reserves the right to publish indicators data contained in the guide or part of that data, as CST sees fit to carry out the tasks assigned to it under the Telecommunications and Information Technology Act, its Bylaw, and the Ordinance of the CST.


Fifth:
This decision replaces CST Decision No.(312/1432) dated 17/4/1432H, and cancels all decisions that contradict it.


Sixth:
This Decision shall be communicated to all relevant telecommunications services providers to act accordingly as of the date of its issuance.
