Decision Overview
Mobile telecommunication service providers and MVNO service providers are obligated to the following:
First:
Approval of unified network name for his own network - each in his own right - and it is not permissible to use or add any other names to the network, whether that is related to a package, service, or occasion of time or place.
Second:
Not to make any modification to network's unified name without a prior written approval from CST.
Third:
Submit the unified name of his network in an official letter signed by the authorized person, and apply the first Clause within (5) working days from the date of this decision.
