Decision Overview
First:
Approval of maximum fees obtained by mobile telecommunications companies for providing charitable donation service, and support national clubs to be according to the following:
- (5%) of donation and support value, if the amount is (10) riyals or less per message.
- (50) Halalas, if donation or support amount is more than (10) riyals per message.
Second:
Maximum fees obtained by mobile telecommunications companies, referred to in the first Clause, includes all direct and indirect costs, provided that mobile telecommunications companies provide these services for free or at low prices as possible, within social responsibility framework.
Third:
This mechanism shall enter into force as of 21/12/1439H, (01/9/2018).
