Decision Overview
Article one: Fixed and mobile telecommunication service providers shall terminate international calls to their subscribers, received through networks of other service providers upon their request.
Article two: Service providers must agree on technical, financial and administrative requirements for terminating incoming international calls through another service provider's network, within a period not exceeding (20) working days, from the date of receiving the request.
Article three: Within a maximum period of (10) working days from the end of the period specified in Article Two, service providers must submit their resultsto the Commission, and their views on them, supported by necessary evidence and documents. No consideration will be given to any opinions received without completing all necessary evidence and documentation; Until the Commission takes necessary measures in accordance with its regulations.
