Decision Overview
Article One
Approves the attached LRIC Model Guidelines.
Article Two
Approves the publication of the CST report that summarises its responses to the main issues raised by interested parties during the public consultation on the draft LRIC Model Guidelines.
Article Three
Directs STC to complete and submit to the CST a “Top-Down” LRIC model and modelling results for its fixed network that are consistent with the approved LRIC Model Guidelines, within 9 months of the date of this Decision.
Article Four
Directs STC to assist the CST during the building of “Bottom-Up” LRIC models for the fixed and mobile networks in KSA as described in the approved LRIC Model Guidelines, and subsequent reconciliation with the “Top-Down” model referred to in Article 3 above.
Article Five
This Decision shall be effective as of the date of its issuance.
