Approval of “Regulations on Use of Radio Spectrum for Aeronautical Services Annex and Regulations on the Use of the Radio Spectrum for Program Making and Special Events (PMSE) Annex ”, and adding them to Frequency Spectrum Regulations for Radio Services and Applications regulations

First: Approval of  “Regulations on Use of Radio Spectrum for Aeronautical Services Annex ”, as per the form attached with this decision. 

Second: Approval of  “Regulation on the Use of the Radio Spectrum for Program Making and Special Events (PMSE) Annex ”, as per the form attached with this decision. 

Third: Adding the documents referred to in Clause "First" and Clause "Second" above to the “Frequency Spectrum Regulations for Radio Services and Applications” issued by the CST’s Decision No. (559/1446), dated 23/7/1446H. 

Fourth: Document referred to in Clause “First” hereof shall enter into enforcement after (30) days from the date of its publication.

Fifth: Document referred to in Clause “Second” hereof shall enter into enforcement after (60) days from the date of its publication.

Sixth: This decision shall be communicated to whomever is necessary for its implementation.
