Decision Overview
First: Approval of a document notification “Frequency Spectrum Regulations for Radio Services and Applications” which includes the mergence of the following documents: "Frequency Spectrum Regulations for Maritime Services" document issued by the CST's decision No. (503/1445) dated 21/02/1445 AH, "Radio Spectrum Use Regulations of Broadcasting Services" document issued by the CST's decision No. (553/1445) dated 27/07/1445 AH. WLAN Regulations" document issued by the CST's decision No. (474/1443) dated 29/05/1443 AH, "Fixed Wireless Links Regulations" document issued by the CST's decision No. (546/1445) dated 27/07/1445 AH, "Amateur Radio Services Regulations" document issued by the CST's decision No. (547/1445) dated 27/07/1445 AH and "Allocation and Use Regulation for Spectrum Bands Identified for IMT" document issued by the CST's decision No. (548/1445) dated 27/07/1445 AH. This mergence does not impose any additional obligations on radio frequency spectrum users.
Second: Document referred to in Clause “First” hereof shall enter into enforcement from the date of its issuance.
Third: This decision shall be communicated to whomever is necessary for its implementation.
