Decision Overview
First: Approval of a document issuance notification “Regulations for Establishing and Providing Telecommunications Services in Real Estate”, as per the form attached with this decision.
Second: The document referred to in clause “First” shall replace “Telecommunications infrastructure regulations in new development areas” document approved in CST Decision No. (427/1445) dated 27/7/1445 AH.
Third: Document referred to in clause “First” hereof shall enter into enforcement after (90) days from the date of its issuance.
Forth: This decision shall be communicated to whomever is necessary for its implementation.
