Decision Overview
First: Approval of the “Business continuity management regulations”, as per the form attached hereto.
Second: Document referred to in Clause (First) shall supersede the ""Regulatory Framework And Guidelines For Disaster Recovery Planning For The ICT Industry In The Kingdom Of Saudi Arabia"" issued by CST Decision No. (249/1431) dated 2/1/1431 AH, and Updated by Ministerial Resolution No. (15/1431) dated 4/5/1431 AH.
Third: Document referred to in Clause (First) shall supersede the ""Guidelines For Disaster Recovery Planning For The ICT Industry In The Kingdom Of Saudi Arabia"" issued by CST Decision No. (249/1431) dated 2/1/1431 AH.
Fourth: Document referred to in Clause (First) hereof shall enter into force act from after (180) days from its date.
Fifth: This decision shall be communicated to whomever is necessary for its implementation
