Updating of the “Number porting service regulations for fixed and mobile services”

First: Updating of the “Number porting service regulations for fixed and mobile services”, as per the form attached hereto.



Second: Document referred to in Clause (First) shall supersede the following CST's Decisions:

1- Decision No. (327/1434) dated 22/5/1434 AH Regarding the approval and implementation of procedures and obligations for number portability of mobile phone.



2- Decision No. (394/1439) dated 14/10/1439 AH Regarding of the procedures and obligations for number portability of fixed services.



3- Decision No. (420/1441) dated 19/10/1441 AH to Amend some paragraphs of CITC’s Decision No. (394/1439), dated 14/10/1439H; related to procedures and obligations for number portability of fixed telephone services.



4- Decision No. (421/1441) dated 19/10/1441 AH to Amend some paragraphs of CITC’s Decision No. (327/1434), dated 22/5/1434H; related to procedures and obligations for number portability of mobile phone.



5- Decision No. (469/1443) dated 6/2/1443 AH to amend the procedures and obligations for number portability of mobile phone



Third: Document referred to in Clause (First) hereof shall enter into force act from the date of its issuance.



Fourth: This decision shall be communicated to whomever is necessary for its implementation
