Decision Overview
First: Updating of the “Telecom Tower Regulations”, as per the form attached hereto.
Second: Document referred to in Clause (First) shall supersede the “Regulatory Framework Document Related To National Roaming For Mobile Facility Based Providers” issued by CST Decision No. (142/1427) dated 17/9/1427 AH.
Third: Document referred to in Clause (First) hereof shall enter into force act from the date of its issuance.
Fourth: This decision shall be communicated to whomever is necessary for its implementation
