Updating of the “Regulations for Minimum Broadband Speeds Over Fixed Telecommunication Networks”

First:  Updating of the “Regulations for Minimum Broadband Speeds Over Fixed Telecommunication Networks”, as per the form attached hereto.

Second: Document referred to in Clause (First) shall supersede the “Regulations for Minimum Broadband Speeds Over Fixed Telecommunication Networks” issued by CST Decision No. (425/1442) dated 3/2/1442 AH.

Third: Document referred to in Clause (First) hereof shall enter into force act from the date of its issuance.

Fourth: This decision shall be communicated to whomever is necessary for its implementation
