Approval of the “Amateur radio services regulations”

First: Approval of the “Amateur radio services regulations”, as per the form attached hereto.



Second:Document referred to in Clause (First) hereof shall enter into force act from the date of its issuance.



Third: Document referred to in Clause (First) shall supersede the “Technical Controls And Executive Procedures For Amateur Bylaw” issued by CST Decision No. (20/1424) dated 22/9/1424 AH.



Fourth: This decision shall be communicated to whomever is necessary for its implementation
