Decision Overview
First: Updating of the “Regulations of User Protection rules”, as per the form attached hereto.
Second: Document referred to in Clause (First) shall supersede the "Regulations on the Protection of Rights of ICT Services" Users and on the Terms of ICT Service Provision” issued by CST Decision No. (423/1442) dated 27/12/1441 AH.
Third: Document referred to in Clause (First) hereof shall enter into force act after (90) days from the date of its issuance.
Fourth: This decision shall be communicated to whomever is necessary for its implementation
