Decision Overview
First: Updating of the “Regulations of Localization Obligations for telecommunications Service Providers”, as per the form attached hereto.
Second: Document referred to in Clause (First) shall supersede the “Regulations of Localization Obligations for telecommunications Service Providers” issued by CST Decision No. (464/1442) dated 28/10/1442 AH.
Third: Document referred to in Clause (First) hereof shall enter into force act from the date of its issuance.
Fourth: This decision shall be communicated to whomever is necessary for its implementation
