Approval on the Update of the Cloud Computing Service Provisioning Regulations and its Guides

First: Approval of the following documents in accordance with the form attached herewith:

1.       “Cloud Computing Service Provisioning Regulations” version (4).

2.       “Guide for Cloud Computing Service Providers” version (5).

3.        “Registration Guide in the Qualifying Category for Provisioning of Cloud Computing Services” version (2).

Second: Documents referred to in Clause (First) shall supersede the following:

1.       “Cloud Computing Regulatory Framework” version (3).

2.        “Guide for Cloud Computing Service Providers” version (4).

3.       “Registration Guide in the Qualifying Category for Provisioning of Cloud Computing Services” version (1).

Third:  Documents referred to in Clause (First) hereof shall enter into force as of 25/03/1445 AH corresponding to 10/10/2023 AD.

Fourth: This Resolution shall be communicated to whomever is necessary for its implementation.
