Decision Overview
First: Approval of the “Regulations for Providing Digital Content Platform Services”, as per the form attached hereto.
Second: The regulatory document referred to in Clause (First) above will enter into force starting from the date of 1/1/2024 AD, and those addressed by its provisions are a period to adhere to it until the date of 8/10/2024 AD to enable them to comply with its provisions.
Third: This decision shall be communicated to whomever necessary; to implement it and work in accordance with it.
