Approval of the (Data Centers Services Regulations) Document, in accordance with the form attached herewith.
Second:
This Resolution shall be communicated to whomever is necessary for its implementation and the Document referred to in clause (First) hereof shall enter into force as of 01/01/2024 AD corresponding to 19/06/1445 AH.
