Decision Overview

First: Amend the minimum price of international calls to be equal to the price of local mobile termination rate calls (MTR).

Second: Service providers shall implement the provision of Clause “First” herein above.

Third: This decision shall be effective as of 12/11/1444 AH corresponding to 01/06/2023 AD.

Fourth: This decision shall be communicated to the concerned parties to implement and act accordingly.
