CST and Tuwaiq Academy Recognize Bug Bounty Participants at LEAP26
The Communications, Space and Technology Commission (CST), in partnership with Tuwaiq Academy, recognized participated ICT companies in the Bug Bounty initiative during LEAP 2026. The initiative has supported more than 30 testing programs, attracted over 980 researchers to the platform, and received more than 1,700 reports of identified vulnerabilities, with total financial rewards exceeding 1M SAR.
The national platform connects organizations and businesses with security researchers to identify software vulnerabilities in their digital products and websites. It supports small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) by offering dedicated free packages, while also encouraging larger companies to participate.
Launched by CST during LEAP2023, the initiative supports the Kingdom’s broader national efforts to strengthen the maturity of security and reliability across the communications and technology sector. It also seeks to enhance user protection against harmful content, safeguard the privacy of personal information and documents, and promote privacy practices among the sector’s service providers.
