With Prizes Up to SAR 1 Million: Communications, Space and Technology Commission and Monsha'at Announce the Launch of the IoT Challenge 2023
The Communications, Space and Technology Commission, in cooperation with the General Commission for Small and Medium Enterprises (Monsha'at), represented by the Zaki Center, announced the launch of the IoT Challenge 2023 with prizes reaching SAR 1 million, with registration for the challenge open from September 5 until October 11, with the challenge aiming to support innovation, develop technology solutions, encourage entrepreneurs, and invest in national talent, contributing to enhancing the growth of the Internet of Things market in the Kingdom.
The Commission explained that the challenge targets innovative entrepreneurs and experts in sectors adopting IoT solutions and services, in addition to small and medium enterprises, noting that the challenge allows participation through its tracks, which include sports and e-sports, entertainment, tourism and antiquities, in addition to agriculture and water, and transport and logistics services.
