Governor of the Communications and Information Technology Commission Holds Consultative Meeting with Company Heads to Discuss the Best Means of Serving Subscribers

The communications and information technology sector in the Kingdom is witnessing rapid developments, which requires greater interaction between the Communications and Information Technology Commission and the companies licensed to provide communications and information technology services, through communication and consultation between the Commission and these companies, to discuss topics related to developments and changes in the sector's markets, remove obstacles, and find appropriate solutions to any difficulties that may arise, leading to the provision of the best services to the end user. In this context, on Sunday, the 10th of Rajab 1432H, a consultative meeting was held at the Commission's headquarters, chaired by His Excellency the Governor of the Commission Engineer Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al-Darrab, and attended by the heads of communications and information technology service provider companies. During the meeting, effective working mechanisms for providing the best services, with high quality and reasonable prices for subscribers, were discussed, and efforts to remove difficulties facing subscribers and resolve their complaints were addressed. It was agreed that this consultative meeting would be held periodically to exchange views on various issues related to the sector.
