Governor of the Communications and Information Technology Commission Receives the Director General of Civil Defense

His Excellency Dr. Abdulaziz bin Salem Al-Ruwais, Governor of the Communications and Information Technology Commission, received today at the Commission's headquarters in Riyadh His Excellency Lieutenant General Suleiman bin Abdullah Al-Amr, Director General of Civil Defense. During the meeting, a number of areas of cooperation between the Commission and the General Directorate of Civil Defense were discussed, as well as ways the communications and information technology sector can contribute to early warning efforts to mitigate the effects of disasters and crises, in addition to a number of topics related to the communications and information technology sector and the duties and responsibilities of Civil Defense.
