Public Consultation on Updated Retail Telecom Tariff Regulations
The Communications, Space, and Technology Commission (CST) invites the public to submit their input on the update of Retail Telecom Services Tariff Regulations, which aims to promote access to advanced telecom services, foster competition across the sector, and enhance transparency in procedures based on the principles of equality and non-discrimination.
The updates include additions and amendments of definitions, tariff rules, procedures for obtaining CST approval or notifying the Commission, tariff rates, tariff assessment and determination, commitment periods, temporary and targeted offers, general provisions, and annexes. These updates support providing retail telecom services to users while safeguarding the rights of all relevant parties through the requirements, procedures, and clarifications outlined in the document.
CST invites all interested stakeholders, both national and international, to provide their detailed inputs, supported by the necessary analytical studies, benchmarks, and other information no later than Friday 28 August 2026, via:
