CST Issues the CX Index 2025 Report
The Communications, Space and Technology Commission (CST) Issued the CX Index 2025 report, which assess user satisfaction and the quality of provided services based on users’ feedback. The report aims to support decision-makers and service providers with reliable data that drives performance quality, boosts user satisfaction, and advances the telecom experience toward higher efficiency and innovation, meeting user expectations while fostering industry growth.
The indicators provide an evaluation of user satisfaction levels and service quality across four key areas: mobile voice only, dedicated data only, standard, and fixed broadband. The report is structured around a systematic framework that examines the different stages of user’s journey reflecting the actual user experience derived from field surveys carried out throughout 2025.
This is part of CST’s ongoing efforts to promote transparency and foster competition among service providers, hence elevating user experience and improving telecom services quality in the Kingdom.
