DRA Held a Training Program on “Digital Market Regulation”

In collaboration with Access Partnership, the Digital Regulatory Academy held a training program on “Digital Market Regulation”. Which aimed to build human capacity, promote effective contributions to the development of digital markets, and encourage fair competition and consumer protection through innovative regulatory.

The four-day program was attended by more than 35 professionals in public policy, regulatory law, economics, and engineering from 15 entities within the digital economy, space, and innovation ecosystem, as well as members of the National Regulations Committee and service providers in the communications, Space, and technology sectors.

The training covered key concepts, characteristics, and current challenges facing digital markets, such as market dominance, anti-competitive practices, and regulatory alternatives. It also focused on enhancing participants' skills in critical thinking, regulatory analysis, legislative drafting, and understanding dispute resolution mechanisms in digital markets and assessing their impact.
