In Cooperation with the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development, HRDF, and the Future Work Company, CITC Launches Self-Employment Support Program for Order Delivery Workers
The Communications and Information Technology Commission, the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development, the Human Resources Development Fund "Hadaf," and the Future Work Company launched a self-employment support program for workers in the order delivery activity through smartphone applications, providing monthly support of up to SAR 3,000, to keep pace with the accelerating growth in delivery applications, support delivery representatives, and increase job opportunities for Saudi youth.
The program requires the applicant to be registered in one of the delivery applications registered with the Commission, in addition to being Saudi and holding a (self-employment) document with the designation (order delivery), and meeting the rest of the eligibility conditions and requirements for support on the program's page

This program comes as an extension of the memorandum of understanding signed between the Communications and Information Technology Commission and "Hadaf" last November, stemming from the Commission's role in developing the delivery applications sector and improving its quality and services, supporting delivery representatives, in addition to enabling Saudi youth to diversify their sources of income.
