Communications and Information Technology Commission Honored as an Outstanding Entity in Serving the Guests of God
His Royal Highness Prince Khalid Al-Faisal, Advisor to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, Governor of Makkah Region, Chairman of the Central Hajj Committee, honored the Communications and Information Technology Commission among the outstanding entities in serving the guests of God for the 1437H Hajj season, as a result of the Commission's efforts through supervising and following up on communications and information technology services in Makkah Al-Mukarramah, the Holy Sites, Madinah Al-Munawwarah, and air, sea, and land entry points, as well as coordinating between government agencies concerned with serving pilgrims of the Sacred House of God in Makkah Al-Mukarramah, Madinah Al-Munawwarah, and the Holy Sites and communications and information technology service providers to provide the best services to pilgrims of the Sacred House of God wherever they are throughout their stay. It is worth noting that these efforts were implemented and supervised by Saudi human resources serving as field teams in Makkah Al-Mukarramah, Madinah Al-Munawwarah, and the Holy Sites.
This came on the sidelines of the launch of the second annual Hajj workshop, sponsored by His Highness the Advisor to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, Governor of Makkah Region, under the slogan (Formulating Integrated Planning for the 1438H Hajj Season), which aims to identify the most prominent observations from last season's Hajj, discuss ways to address them, and follow up on their correction during the upcoming season, alongside discussing how to develop the work plans of sectors operating during the Hajj season, for implementation during the 1438H season.
