Minister of Communications and CITC Governor Extend Thanks to Leadership

His Excellency the Minister of Communications and Information Technology, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Communications and Information Technology Commission, Engineer Abdullah bin Amer Al-Swaha, extended his thanks and gratitude to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, and to His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, Crown Prince and Deputy Prime Minister -may God preserve them both-, for the unlimited support and empowerment they provide to the communications and information technology sector, commenting on the Kingdom achieving second place among G20 countries in frequency spectrum allocation.

Engineer Al-Swaha also extended thanks to everyone who contributed to achieving this accomplishment among the dedicated sons and daughters of the nation, in the communications and information technology system and in the various entities that participated in achieving this accomplishment, including the Communications and Information Technology Commission, the Ministry of Defense, the Ministry of Interior, the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of National Guard, the Presidency of Royal Guard, and the Presidency of General Intelligence.

For his part, His Excellency the Governor of the Communications and Information Technology Commission, Dr. Abdulaziz bin Salem Al-Ruwais, extended thanks and gratitude to the wise leadership for the support enjoyed by the communications and information technology sector in the Kingdom, which contributed to achieving the targets of the (Expansion of Communications Services through the Provision of Frequency Spectrum) initiative, part of the National Transformation Program initiatives, in record time and before 2020.
