CITC Governor Offers Condolences to Leadership and People on the Passing of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud -May God Have Mercy on Him-

His Excellency the Governor of the Communications and Information Technology Commission, Engineer Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al-Darrab, on behalf of himself and the Commission's staff, extended sincere condolences and heartfelt sympathy to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, His Royal Highness Crown Prince Muqrin bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, His Royal Highness Deputy Crown Prince Mohammed bin Nayef Al Saud, the esteemed Royal Family, and the Saudi people, on the passing of the nation's leader, the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, may God have mercy on him.

He said, "The Arab and Islamic nations have been struck by the loss of a historic leader and great statesman who successfully led his country and nation to safety through the darkest circumstances afflicting the region and the world, a leader under whose reign -may God have mercy on him- the nation achieved developmental successes spanning all sectors of the state, placing it among the leading ranks in serving the nation and its people, and his deeds will remain a testament to the good works he offered his country, people, and nation, works that history will record and generations will remember." He added, "In moments like these, when sorrow envelops the nation and its people over this great calamity, we can only turn to God -Glory be to Him- in prayer and seek forgiveness for our departed leader, that God may envelop him in His vast mercy and forgiveness, and reward him on our behalf for the good he gave to his nation and people.

He added that at a time when we bid farewell to a great leader, we simultaneously welcome and pledge allegiance to another great leader who represents a worthy successor to a worthy predecessor, namely the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, a man of wisdom and keen insight, of humanitarian work in various fields, and of a record replete with successes and achievements in serving the nation and its people across all the positions he has held throughout his professional career, a career of giving and building extending since the founding of this country's first foundations at the hands of the late King Abdulaziz bin Abdulrahman Al Saud, God rest his soul, a journey of building and development that his sons after him continued to uphold until our country became a beacon we take pride in among nations and peoples of the world.

We also pledge allegiance to His Royal Highness Crown Prince Muqrin bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, and His Royal Highness Deputy Crown Prince Mohammed bin Nayef bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, praying to God to assist them, grant them health and wellbeing, and provide them with help and success in serving the faith and the nation. And that He perpetuate the blessings of security and safety upon our beloved country under our wise government led by the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud -may God preserve him-.
