CITC Governor Receives Zain Board Member and New Managing Director and CEO of the Company

His Excellency the Governor of the Communications and Information Technology Commission received today, Wednesday 14/11/1432H, at his office in the Commission, Mr. Khalid bin Sulaiman Al-Omar, Zain board member and the company's appointed Managing Director and CEO, on the occasion of the company's board decision to appoint him following Dr. Saad Al-Barrak's resignation from his position.

Al-Omar affirmed Zain's commitment to continuing the deployment of service across all regions of the Kingdom, and thanked the Commission for its keenness to provide a fair regulatory environment based on clarity and transparency to stimulate competition and protect the public interest and the rights of all parties.

For his part, His Excellency the Governor affirmed the Commission's continued policy of supporting all companies operating in the sector to provide the best services to citizens and residents in the Kingdom within a fair competitive environment, and wished him and the company every success.
