CITC Governor Congratulates Leadership on the 89th National Day

His Excellency the Governor of the Communications and Information Technology Commission, Dr. Abdulaziz bin Salem Al-Ruwais, on behalf of himself and the Commission's staff, extended the highest congratulations and greetings to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, and His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Crown Prince, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defense -may God preserve them both-, on the occasion of the Kingdom's 89th National Day, as this great nation lives its most glorious era and finest days, witnessing a major historic and qualitative transformation, keeping pace with the most advanced contemporary international models of development and prosperity.

His Excellency the Governor added in his statement: "We proudly and fondly remember the great leader, the late King Abdulaziz bin Abdulrahman Al Saud, God rest his soul, who unified the country's far-flung regions and began building the pillars of the state and establishing its entity, laying its first foundations on a solid basis rooted in the Book of God and the Sunnah of His Messenger, and then carried on his shoulders the task of settling its population and providing for their needs. Despite the modest resources available at the time, the determination of the founding King Abdulaziz bin Abdulrahman Al Saud -may God have mercy on him- and his insistence on building a modern state managed to overcome all circumstances, until today, thanks be to God and then to his righteous sons who followed him, it has become one of the most important countries in the region and the world in material and moral value, alongside its religious status which made it a beacon and a qibla for Islam and Muslims, defending their causes and employing all its capabilities to support them and unify their ranks." Dr. Al-Ruwais concluded his statement by praying to God Almighty to protect our country from all harm, and to perpetuate its glory, security, and prosperity.
