Governor of the Communications and Information Technology Commission launches the Commission's new website on the internet

His Excellency Dr. Abdulaziz bin Salem Al-Ruwais, Governor of the Communications and Information Technology Commission, launched - with the Deputy Governors present yesterday - the Commission's new website on the internet after it was developed in terms of design compatible with the Commission's official identity, raising the efficiency of the content management system, redistributing some content, and creating new tabs and sections in it, in addition to supporting the ability to browse the site from handheld devices.

It is worth noting that the Commission's new website includes many electronic services aimed at facilitating matters for beneficiaries of the Commission's services, including, for example, communications licensing services, device licensing and approval services, customs clearance services, complaint receiving and processing services, domain name registration services, information security incident reporting, numbering services, coverage map services, and spectrum services, in addition to creating a special section containing the document on subscribers' rights in communications services; with the aim of raising subscribers' awareness of their rights, in addition to creating awareness advertising spaces on the site, aimed at sending awareness messages to all beneficiaries of the communications and information technology sector's services overall.
