CST invites the public to submit their views on the document regarding regulations for establishing and providing communication services in real estate

The Communications, Space, and Technology Commission (CST) invites the public to submit their views on the document regarding regulations for establishing communication services in real estate. This document addresses procedures, responsibilities of land developers and facility providers, and aims to ensure high-quality communication services in real estate while guaranteeing sustainability, enhancing competition, and providing high performance levels and choices for users. It also sets standards for infrastructure work to reduce civil works and environmental impacts according to global best practices.

The document outlines the requirements for developers to establish and provide communication services in their real estate, applying these regulations to service providers holding a unified infrastructure license, or a license for fixed communication services, or a license for wholesale services.

CST encourages all stakeholders and interested parties, including licensed service providers, land and facility developers, and major national projects, to submit their views by September 26, 2024, through the Commission’s regulatory platform or by email at:
InfraICT@citc.gov.sa.
