CST Published a Public Consultation on the Regulations on Protection of Rights of IT Users and Service Providers Document
The Communications, Space and Technology Commission (CST) invites the public to submit their inputs on the “Regulations on Protection of Rights of IT Users and Service Providers” document, to protect the IT users and service providers in the markets regulated by CST, which are: (Software, devices, Cloud Computing and hosting, Emerging Technologies, Technology Services, Domain Names), and promote information clarity and transparency in services.
CST emphasizes that the document contains various regulatory elements, including, clarity of information, equity of procedure, quality of services, and handling complaints.
CST invites all interested parties to submit their consultation responses no later than December 12th, 2023, through CST website:
