'Commission' Calls on Beneficiaries to Learn About Delivery Applications Registered with It via Its Website

The Communications and Information Technology Commission called on beneficiaries to learn about delivery platforms operating via electronic applications that are licensed and registered with it, by reviewing the list published on its website

The Commission had previously directed all delivery service providers via those electronic platforms to take a set of preventive measures to prevent the spread of the novel coronavirus,

The Commission also stressed that service providers must check the temperature of their delivery agents daily, verify their safety, and stress to delivery agents the need to sanitize their hands and wear masks and gloves and replace them continuously, in addition to not shaking hands and delivering orders from a distance of two meters, and using electronic payment.

The "Communications and Information Technology Commission" is also intensifying its supervisory operations on all service providers to determine the extent of their compliance with preventive measures, and is taking regulatory action against all violators.
