'Commission' Within the Platinum Category in Digital Government

The digital government services maturity index issued by the "Yesser" e-Government Program, in its report for the third quarter of the current year, showed the classification of the Communications and Information Technology Commission within the platinum category in digital services maturity, making it one of the best government entities in providing digital services and facilitating its procedures.

The maturity level index is one of the key performance indicators in the National Transformation Program 2020. It analyzes the level of digitization and process maturity for the main government services provided by various government entities to the general public of beneficiaries, with the number of services registered on the government services platform reaching (3,474) services provided by (142) government entities.

It is noted that the index is a tool for evaluating the level of development in providing government services to the public, and this index helps raise the maturity level of business procedures in digital services in addition to encouraging government entities to raise the level of transparency, with the aim of raising business efficiency, and achieving beneficiary satisfaction.
