CITC Announces the Release of a Public Consultation Document on the Market Definition, Classification, and Dominance Report in the Kingdom's Telecom Sector
Out of the Communications and Information Technology Commission's keenness to promote fair competition, protect the public interest and the interests of users and investors, and provide advanced and adequate telecom services at reasonable prices, the Commission has published a draft public consultation document on the market definition, classification, and dominance report in the Kingdom's telecom sector, in order to gather public views on it.
To organize the process of requesting views, the Commission welcomes all views and comments submitted, and invites concerned parties to submit their views and answers - in particular - to the numbered questions specified in the attached document. The Commission also invites participants to submit their views in as much detail as possible, and to provide relevant data, analyses, and comparative studies that support their views, noting that the views submitted are not binding on the Commission.
