CITC Announces Extension of the Public Consultation Period on the Market Definition, Classification, and Dominance Report in the Kingdom's Telecom Sector

With reference to the Commission's announcement dated 08/10/1437H corresponding to 13/07/2016 regarding the release of a public consultation document on the market definition, classification, and dominance report in the Kingdom's telecom sector, and based on requests from some concerned parties to the Commission to extend the period granted for submitting their views, and out of the Commission's keenness to give all parties the opportunity to conduct the necessary studies and submit their views, and proceeding from the principle of justice and transparency, it has been decided to extend the period granted for submitting views on the above-mentioned document to Sunday 24/12/1437H corresponding to 25/09/2016 at two o'clock in the afternoon Kingdom local time. Accordingly, the Commission hopes for your participation and submission of your views within the period specified above.
