CITC Announces Extension of the Public Consultation on Regulations and Standards for Implementing Telecom and IT Infrastructure

With reference to the Commission's announcement dated 21-6-1438H corresponding to 20-03-2017 regarding the release of a public consultation document on regulations and standards for implementing telecommunications and information technology infrastructure, and based on requests from some concerned parties to the Commission to extend the period granted for submitting their views, and out of the Commission's keenness to give all parties the opportunity to conduct the necessary studies and submit their views, and proceeding from the principle of justice and transparency, it has been decided to extend the period granted for submitting views on the above-mentioned document to Thursday 29-8-1438H corresponding to 25-5-2017 at three o'clock in the afternoon Kingdom local time. Accordingly, the Commission hopes for your participation and submission of your views within the period specified above.
