"CITC" Announces Approval of Integrated Telecom Company's (Salam) Request to Sell All Its Fiber Optic Infrastructure Assets to Technology Link Services for Telecommunications (TLS)

The Communications and Information Technology Commission announced its approval of the request submitted by Integrated Telecom Company (Salam), licensed to provide fixed telecommunications services with infrastructure, to sell all of its fiber optic assets to Technology Link Services for Telecommunications (TLS), licensed to provide wholesale infrastructure services, and established by Al-Mawarid Investment Limited Company as a limited liability company in 2020.

Under this approval, all of Salam's fiber optic network assets will be sold to TLS, according to a three-phase implementation plan, whereby the asset sale process between Salam and TLS will extend until the end of 2024, and Salam will lease the fiber optic network infrastructure components from TLS according to its needs.
