Communications Commission: Fourth Industrial Revolution (Industry 4.0) and artificial intelligence on the table at the Regional Standardization Forum

The Regional Standardization Forum will next Sunday, at the headquarters of the Communications and Information Technology Commission in Riyadh, review the global vision on artificial intelligence and the Fourth Industrial Revolution (Industry 4.0), and contribute to achieving the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). The forum's proceedings will be opened by His Excellency Dr. Abdulaziz bin Salem Al-Ruwais, Governor of the Communications and Information Technology Commission, in the presence of His Highness Sheikh Nasser bin Mohammed Al Khalifa, Acting Director General of the Telecommunications Regulatory Authority of the Kingdom of Bahrain, and with the participation of the Director of the Standardization Bureau of the International Telecommunication Union, and experts from various countries around the world.

The Regional Standardization Forum on "Internet of Things and Artificial Intelligence" will review the experiences of several countries, including the Russian Federation and Singapore, regarding certain aspects related to the Internet of Things, and will highlight the latest developments and challenges related to the Internet of Things and artificial intelligence.

It is worth noting that the Communications and Information Technology Commission extended an invitation last week to all specialists and those interested in the Internet of Things and artificial intelligence to attend and register through its website
