Communications and Information Technology Commission is the first Saudi commission to achieve the EFQM institutional excellence certificate

The Communications and Information Technology Commission achieved all the requirements for obtaining the Committed to Excellence (C2E) certificate, becoming the first commission in Saudi Arabia to do so, using national cadres.

The Commission's achievement of the institutional excellence certificate represents international recognition of the Commission's commitment to developing services and internal processes to enable institutional work and innovation, in addition to its continuous pursuit of customer satisfaction and the launch of initiatives supporting the strategy of the communications and information technology ecosystem.

The Commission's attainment of the certificate aligns with Saudi Vision 2030, which, through the National Transformation Program 2020, aims to achieve excellence in government performance by raising the quality of government services provided to both the private and public sectors.

The Commission is keen to continue its journey of institutional excellence by charting a roadmap based on the latest models and practices that would raise the level of institutional excellence through the launch of numerous improvement initiatives and projects.

It is worth noting that the European Foundation for Quality Management (EFQM) was established in 1988 and brings together under its umbrella more than 500 members from various entities representing 55 countries and covering 50 different sectors.
