Communications Commission suspends services provided by the Saudi Telecom Mobile Company (Zain) office in cooperation with the Ministry of Commerce
The Communications and Information Technology Commission today suspended the services of the Saudi Telecom Mobile Company (Zain) office in Riyadh due to violations related to the implementation of the Commission's decision on the service applicant/user protection document, in cooperation with the Ministry of Commerce and Investment.
The Commission stressed that it will not tolerate violations of the Telecommunications Act, its implementing regulations, and the Commission's decisions, and will take all necessary action against them.
This comes as part of the Communications and Information Technology Commission's keenness and concern to preserve subscribers' rights, and to ensure there are no practices in violation of the Telecommunications Act and its implementing regulations.
