Communications Commission suspends Naqel Company from receiving any new orders for individuals and directs it to process current shipments for beneficiaries

The Communications and Information Technology Commission suspended today, Tuesday, Naqel Company from providing any new postal services to the individual sector, or concluding new contracts for the business sector, until further notice, as a result of its violation of a number of provisions of the Rules for Protecting the Rights of Postal Service Beneficiaries document

The Commission emphasized to Naqel Company the need to work quickly to find radical solutions regarding delays in delivering current shipments, and to respond to its customers' inquiries through its digital and phone channels, and to inform the Commission within a week of this date of what has been done.

The Commission also emphasized to the company that it will take all necessary regulatory measures if corrections are not made and customer complaints are not quickly addressed within the specified deadline, including suspending all services provided by the company, and withdrawing its license, with the company bearing all regulatory consequences before other relevant authorities for its violation of the Commission's regulations and decisions.

The Commission emphasized, at the conclusion of its statement, to all postal service providers the need to take all necessary measures to provide postal services with the required quality, noting that it is proceeding with protecting beneficiaries' rights and imposing all penalties on violating companies.
