"Communications Commission" reviews its roles in improving the business sector's experience in communications and postal services

The Communications and Information Technology Commission hosted, in a virtual workshop, more than 40 representatives from the business sector representing major companies and commercial institutions, as part of achieving the Commission's strategic objectives in improving the business sector's experience in communications and postal services.

During the workshop, an introductory overview of the Commission's vision and future directions was presented, along with a review of the Commission's role in protecting and improving the experience of users from the business sectors, and highlighting the most prominent regulatory documents related to the rights of business sector users, including the document on regulations protecting communications and information technology services users, as well as the document on rules for protecting the rights of postal service beneficiaries.

The workshop also addressed the Commission's role in studying the needs of business sector users and finding appropriate solutions for them, in addition to conducting field studies to measure user satisfaction, and working to raise the level of satisfaction with the services provided. The workshop also included a presentation of the most prominent regulatory steps taken by the Commission to enhance user protection mechanisms, before concluding by answering the questions and inquiries of attendees.

The workshop comes as part of "Communications Commission"'s work on strengthening communication with all partners from the government and business sectors, introducing its roles towards user protection, and discussing the business sector's needs related to communications, information technology, and postal services, and working to address them in accordance with best practices followed in this field.
