Communications Commission participates with a pavilion at the World Defense Show
The Communications and Information Technology Commission is participating in the World Defense Show hosted by the city of Riyadh, during the period from March 6 to 9, 2022, under the patronage of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud - may God protect him - with the aim of showcasing the Kingdom's expertise in enabling the frequency spectrum for defense technologies and its importance to military and security fields.
The Commission's pavilion reviews the Kingdom's journey and leadership in the field of the frequency spectrum and its contribution to enabling its various sectors, as well as the Commission's role in managing and regulating the frequency spectrum sector and investing it in security fields.
The Commission's participation highlights what the frequency spectrum represents as a national wealth that enables various wireless applications, as various defense operations rely on it in their systems, as well as its support for military uses and wireless signal analysis, in addition to building tactical operational decisions.
The Commission is enabling visitors to the global exhibition to view the latest advanced frequency spectrum devices, which are of great importance to various military and security sectors given the advanced technologies and uses they contain.
