Communications and Information Technology Commission Launches the "Elite" Fresh Graduates Recruitment Program for National Talent
The Communications and Information Technology Commission has launched the "Elite" fresh graduates recruitment program, which targets national talent among young men and women who have recently graduated with a bachelor's degree in various fields, as part of the strategic plans drawn up by the Commission to expand its investment base in developing young human capital in line with Saudi Vision 2030.
The Commission noted that, through the "Elite" program, it aims to qualify and develop participants' capabilities in line with the needs of the Commission and the labor market, align the outputs of educational institutions with labor market needs, and make optimal investment in fresh graduates to raise the level of their skills and knowledge across various tasks and activities to a high degree of professionalism and specialization.
The Commission noted that the program is based on applying an advanced concept for qualifying trainees through specialized programs and training and educational courses lasting 12 months, during which their skills are honed across the Commission's various sectors in line with their specializations, by identifying the activities and skills to be imparted to them through a fully integrated, coordinated training plan within a professional work environment committed to the highest standards of work ethics, with a certificate to be granted to those who successfully complete the training programs.
The Commission invited male and female graduates to register for the program and review its conditions and features by visiting its website, http://jobs.cst.gov.sa, before the end of the registration period on 18/02/2019.
