Communications and Information Technology Commission Launches the "My Numbers" (Arqami) Service

The Communications and Information Technology Commission today launched the "Arqami" (My Numbers) service, which enables telecom service users to view the details of phone numbers and data SIM cards registered under their ID number with telecom service providers, along with their verification status.

The Commission explained that users can access the service by visiting the service page on the Commission's website (www.cst.gov.sa) and entering their ID number and a mobile phone number registered under that ID number to view the details of the numbers registered under their ID. It added that, if the user does not have a mobile number, they may enter their ID number alone to find out which service providers have subscriptions registered under their ID number.

The Commission affirmed the user's right to submit a complaint against the service provider via the Commission's website if they discover services registered under their ID number without their knowledge, if the service provider fails to carry out a previous request by the user to cancel a service, or if the user has any objection regarding the accuracy of the information displayed to them in the "Arqami" service.
